Postcards to the president

I've been trying to send at least one postcard per day, to our president (before the postal system fizzles away). Each postcard conveys a nugget of advice or complaint or simple observation. I just put one in the mailbox a few minutes ago.

On that card I wrote:

Mr. President,
I guess I have to concede that you HAVE delivered on the "change" you promised. The "hope" however, is being trampled by the facets of that change. Said changes likely gladdening Cheney's phony heart.

Ten, twenty years from now you can visit the Obama library and read them again.

My sister visited the LBJ library some years ago and was talking with one of the staff when she mentioned she wrote LBJ when she was in grammar school. The staff person smiled and said, "wait a minute....". It was retrieved some ten minutes later.
