SOTU...Gabby Claps her Hands...Heartbreaking!

Did anyone see her proud face, when she stood for Our President. .

Did you watch how she clapped her hands. Unlike you and I, she is unable to put her hands together to clap as we do. It moved me.

She proudly stood, cupping her hands, she placed them back to front and brought them up and in a rhythmic motion. So very
sweet, so very beautiful! I wish I had a picture to show anyone that did not see it. God bless her she was clapping. She was proud.

Gabby, is the picture of everything we should want to be. Brave, Courageous, Bold and so very Heroic. She stands for our President. She stands so very tall for the Victims.

She makes me so very proud.

It is past time to change the rules...to change the laws. It is past time to say NO to the NRA!

I can only hope that if I'm ever faced with the sort of adversity she's been saddled with - if I suffer a stroke, if I get shot, etc. - that I will be able to muster the same strength that Gabby did in muscling through her continuing recovery. Her smile and her resolve should serve as an inspiration to us all.

is as inspiring a hero as I've ever seen in my nearly 50 years on this rock. Capt. Kelly is one lucky man.

Thank you so much for describing Gabby's reaction and how she is able to do her own unique clap.

As does our unique and visionary President. He goes after issues that few thought he would ever touch. Damn, he makes me cry for the vision of the future that we can have. It is something that we can believe in. It gives us hope. We are not going back. We are moving forward!

of course every time I see her now that she is out and about I get
a huge lump in throat and hang onto her every word.

To have Mark Kelly always there beside her ... her true life knight in
shining armour ... they together make a perfect whole.

Glad you're here! She's certainly one of my heroes. I will be contributing to the campaign she and her husband started. She is an inspiration. And her husband is just an absolute love. The kind of spouse I'd hope every woman could find.

NO is the most civil of things it is about time to say to the NRA. They deserve every vile and gratuitous insult and/or injury we may visit upon them.

this one could have been prevented had the right people done the right thing and not let the cretin have a gun.

Gabby you'll always be in my thoughts.

Maybe one day we won't have to worry with this kind of senseless violence. I doubt I live to see it though
