Want to know ONE Federal agency that won't be butchered by the sequester cuts? (For a change?)

That's right, you stupid beltway clowns. After DECADES of beating up on the USPS, one of the unintended consequences of making it self-funding is that YOU CAN'T CUT IT ANYMORE.

....because both "hands" are STRANGLING the USPS at the moment.
