What if Seth had sung "we saw your ass"?
There are any number of male actors who have been in that situation.

5. Probably no outrage,
and people would say it was really funny. Or something.
I'm on Oscars outrage overload. ![]() |

7. Ugh... I finally just went and watched that.
His number was just inane. It was the reactions of the actresses that was really uncomfortable.
A generation of actresses will now Never show us their boobs. Thanks for nothing, Seth! |

8. My understanding is that the shots of the actresses were pre-shot with the intent to ...
intersperse them throughout the bit. I could be wrong, but I know I heard that somewhere.

12. That's what I've read...because the song was supposed to be an embarrasing disaster
I didn't see the skit, but from what I've read Capt. Kirk from the future is showing MacFarlane the boob song to show why he's going to go on to become the worst host in Oscar history. So it was supposed to be cringe-worthy and the actresses were intentionally illustrating that in the pre-recorded bit.
But, as I say, I didn't see it, so I don't know. |

16. The "shocked" actresses were wearing different outfits in the 'boobs' clip vs.
what they were actually wearing at the Oscars.

9. How many girls and women rush to movies based on an actor's ass being in it?
And how many movies are written with the intention of getting the actor naked? I can think of maybe 2 or 3 examples, rather than, say, most actors' entire careers.

11. That would have been better and funnier, and would have included both sexes.
It also would have been easier to rhyme, because I think more things rhyme with "ass" than with "boobs."

15. I was expecting verse 2 to be "we saw your butt"
Really. I was surprised that the song didn't include a second verse.
