David Corn and Michael Tomasky accuse Politico of flogging "threat" story
On Ed Show MSNBC Thurs night. Ed asked David just what happened to Bob Woodward to make him accuse the WH of threatening him.
David said (and Tomasky agreed) that Politico took a benign statement and flogged it to create some conflict and get some attention. Politico used the word "threatened". Tomasky said Politico tried to make the incident "juicy".
Let's keep an eye on Politico for more of this kind of conflict inflating.
