And nobody's so far talked about making the talking filibuster against the rules. I'm not sure what you're getting at?

Reid doesn't need "approval" from anyone for it, since it was his idea to begin with.

I'm sure Paul is okay with verbal filibustering, though, since he's getting a lot of air time and people posting about it. Helps his national profile.
