The sequester
I have a student who is retired army who told me that he didn't think that they would be affected by the sequester (I asked, I care - Will Macavoy, Newsroom). They had been told that everything was going to be ok, etc. and he didn't think they would cut stuff for veterans, etc.
He called me the other night: "You were right! There talking about cutting benefits under tri care,..."
It was like a light went off about that as well as all of the other things I have been saying that he never really bought into.
