Santorum: Obama wants 'Godless' America; passion is on the left

Yeah, you're right.

Those of us who worship God don't worship the god you believe in, including the President.

Those of us who believe in God don't accept that a supposed holy man can abuse children and get away with it.

Those of us who worship God believe he is a God of love, empathy, forgiveness, and peace, who cares for His children, unlike you Ricky and your ilk.

Those of us who believe in a God don't believe that Heaven is reserved for the rich or the Republicans.

Jesus would kick your ass Ricky if He returned.

Have a nice life Ricky, a special hell awaits you.

is a thoroughly unpleasant character, not worthy of worship, or even acknowledgment of his (her? its?) existence. Accepting godlessness is a whole lot better than following the cruel, bigoted God of Rick Santorum. And, by the way, the U.S. is intentionally "godless." It was designed that way, as a secular state, because the founders understood what happens when you allow a religion - any religion - to become part of the machinery of government. So, yes, we are a godless country as far as our government is concerned. I hope we can keep it that way.

Is an egomaniacal jackass who puts himself above everyone else. A full tilt diva. This god wants flowers, expensive costumes, parades, a big monument to the sky with his name plastered all over it... wait a minute. That god sounds a lot like Lady Gaga.

If anything, the things that the Left pushes are much closer to the teachings of Christ than anything the Right touts. Jesus would've wanted universal health care. He would've wanted equal rights for all, a level playing field for success, and for everyone to tolerate each other regardless of religion, orientation, ethnicity, or race. People on the Right such as Santorum and Rick Perry who call themselves Christians are nothing but phonies and a disgrace to my religion.
