Back when the right rolled out their plans for a false war in Iraq....
There were millions of people all around the country protesting the Iraq invasion. The media all but ignored those who were against that particular war.
Meanwhile, a couple hundred idiots running around proudly touting their ignorance of spelling, the Constitution and civility are given hours and hours of free media promotions.
When there is so much evidence to the contrary, why do people in this country think that the media is liberal, that colleges are full of pointy headed intellectuals, that a cabal of liberal "elite's" are destroying our country.
Some people in the media are at least starting to call them on their bullshit, but not enough.
This idea that there are two sides to every issue and the elevation of crank pot buffoonery to the same level as proven truths is just destroying this country.
My question is this; how can we survive as a country if those who ginned up the evidence to go to war with Iraq and those who recklessly brought down the world economy are both given a free pass while a kid smoking a joint is tossed into the jail?
Someone somewhere has to start bringing charges against these people....
