say "no one is reading anymore," cut reporters and rely on more canned propaganda for news.
Folks, newspapers made some mistakes during the early advent of the internet, but content - good, fairly-balanced and researched content - is still necessary and still read, all-be-it more on computers and phones than on paper.
What happened to a lot of newspapers was just the scenario I described.
