Cruz opposes multiple sclerosis resolution

But last week, Cruz objected to including the MS Awareness resolution. He was unhappy with a clause in the resolution describing the purpose of the Multiple Sclerosis Coalition, according to a Democratic staffer.

Cruz’s staff said the problem was timing.

“The Senator, like many of his colleagues, will not grant consent to call up and pass a resolution or bill at the last minute without time for review,” spokesman Sean Rushton said in a statement. “The Texans who sent him to Washington expect nothing less."

It takes some brains to get that post.

Frankly, this guy scares me. He's had a lot of experience in a short amount of time. He's only 43, he was Soliciter General for 5 yrs, he headed up offices for Bush the Wth. He also has the right pedigree (Princeton) for higher office.

Given his TeaBagger support, he is precisely the kind of guy that Koch & Company will be promoting over time. Just because he is smart does not mean that he supports idiotic ideas and theories.

Perry is street smart and sly. He is not a brainiac in the least, but he knows on which side of the bread sits his latest campaign contribution and from whom. Cruz is far smarter, and therefore, far more dangerous. Especially long term.

His history shows a lot of accomplishments, (proNeocon and Tea Bagger) and the asshole is only 43. With the Koch-heads behind him (which they are), this guy will cause trouble for decades to come.
