I used to hang out in this other tent you see, and I came over here awhile back because I heard the compassion was good. I just want to know what kind of people I will be partying with.

We all engage in cognitive dissonance and intellectual dishonesty at some time or another. It's helpful to be able to reconcile opposing beliefs we hold in our own minds for whatever reason; tradition, community, not wanting to rock the boat with family, etc.

17. I've struggled with obesity since I was a child and I support laws that will fight obesity.

Including high taxations on foods high in sugars and carbs.

It's a real problem that can't be solved through individual action alone.

I'm also an atheist and I welcome any religious person under the tent as long as they're not homophobic, anti-choice, or anti-science. That's my only standards.

There are people that agree with you and people that disagree. People that think you shouldn't be in the tent and people that love that you are there. If you can stand to be with people that are all alike and have different ideas and perspectives than you will probably like the tent, if you don't than likely you will leave the tent. The tent is open and no one can force you in or out. They can shout or type with all their might but ultimately you and only you decide where you stand.
