As infamous as Tokyo Rose was during WW II, the "Fuck You GI" yell was just as annoying to American servicemen and women in Viet Nam and elsewhere.

Well, the fucking of GI's continues, with Republicans leading the charge. A backlog of nearly 1,000,000 veteran disability claims are only one indicator.

Not only does the sequester mean cutting benefits for service members and their families, but the Republicans are also ripping off Veteran charities.

to a lot of vets this isn't news. I've been fighting the VA since 1998 over PTSD benefits. I've met others waiting longer.

When they don't come home except in a casket. Some only love "our troops" when it is everyone else's sons and daughters they are sending away to die in a foreign land, while they themselves didn't dare.

Yet we continue this lie and the killing of veterans for money..... This money for vets scheme is just another tool of fraud....

The war on our veterans and their families need to end... Stop scapegoating our veterans as mentally unstable, stop scapegoating our veterans as a financial deficit on our economy, stop scapegoating our veterans for fast cash for personal vacations and cars...

4. I'm almost two years into a SSDI claim and still haven't gotten a court date.

Veterans are going through the same thing. The system is broken, possibly beyond repair.
