According to the information I just read, the bill is expected to pass by 25 votes.

The Governor says she'll sign it when it hits her desk.
There's all kinds of push-back from the religious community. They're not getting much traction.
After Governor Gregoire signs it, it will be law in June. I hope I'll get to bring flowers to some couple waiting in line to be married.
