A pre-emptive attack on North Korea would be insane.
There's no oil there.
So nukes, belligerence and unbearable human suffering are deemed sensible, in this instance. So don't get any ideas, Iran. Regards, Third-Way Manny

1. to be fair
North Korea exists because China wanted them to exist; it was true in the 1950's and is ten time more true with China being a superpower. China needs to ask itself this, does he want NK to be their version of Israel?, a parasite punk that makes messes because it knows big brother will always have to clean up.

2. Welcome Back, Third-Way Manny! Problem is of course that they do have nukes. Move on,
Case closed. Lets go harass someone who doesn't. Iran comes to mind.

3. I don't think that would happen, unless we saw something pretty awful on a launch pad.

7. I don't think anyone is talking about a preemptive strike
Unless you are reading a right wing site. The US has an obligation to defend South Korea if North Korea attacks.
