They smeared you on the network news

With gas, rubber bullets and clubs

The bonus army and wobblies,
Abraham, Martin and John
And all who stand for freedom
Are together as time moves on

Refuse to bend for tyrants

My local Occupation, by going there and hanging out with them and occasional pizza/doughnuts. I'm too old and busted up for long term camping. It thrills my blood to see people coming together for freedom when I least expected it.

So will Occupy. It never died.

The Bonus Army generated so much national sympathy that it led to the passage of the G.I. bill, and other veterans benefits.
