Kochs Form New Dark Money Group To Hide Political Activities From Public

http://www.alternet.org/news-amp-politics/kochs-form-new-dark-money-group-hide-political-activities-public

The right-wing network funded by the billionaire industrialist Koch brothers is being revamped after the 2012 elections, starting with a new nonprofit called the "Association for American Innovation" that will act as a hub for funneling undisclosed spending towards the Kochs' political projects.

With ambiguous IRS rules and a deadlocked Congress, they might get away with it.

The role for the group, according to the Huffington Post, is to serve as a financing vehicle for the Koch political network, which includes organizations like Americans for Prosperity. In some respects it appears to be playing a similar role as the Center to Protect Patient Rights, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit run by Koch operative Sean Noble that funnelled nearly $55 million to other front groups, which in turn ran ads attacking Democrats in the 2010 elections.

The Association for American Innovation will likely help the Kochs and their allies continue avoiding transparency in political spending.

one needs to better what they do $$$ for $$$ in each state.

Until SCOTUS changes hands (and that will only happen with Hillary continuing Barack Obama's agenda another 8 years after his two terms), the law will stay on the books.

So just need to spend $$$ more than they do and come together on candidates and not look for the extreme fringe to ruin things like they did in 2000 and 2010.

a winner does what a loser won't.

And the legendary Jerry Brown in California (who would have been president in 1992 were it not for the racism) won with zero money against Meg Whitman in California Gov. race

and of course, the community organization is as important as money as 2008 and 2012 showed.

but $$$ for $$$ overspending their side makes it a helleva lot easier.

Winning is being seated is all that matters.
Just vote straight democratic, and you know what, winning will happen.
(and in the lower races, ignore the issues, they are meaningless to winning and losing.)

Just vote straight democratic ticket from top to bottom (except in the lower races rare times when there is no democratic candidate, and the other will swear to caucus with the democratic party).
Fools are those who throw the election to the other side.
