Father Of Benghazi Victim Appears On Fox News, And To Their Surprise, ISN'T CRITICAL OF DEMOCRATS!

Just caught Sean Hannity's interview with Charles Woods, the father of the slain Navy Seal Ty Woods, who was killed in Benghazi.

Sean was obviously trying to set him up to show animosity towards Democrats, but Woods didn't buy it. When Hannity asked him if he felt "anger" after today's hearing, Woods actually said he felt "encouragement" seeing Democrats and Republicans trying to figure out what happened.

Then Sean moved on to Congressman Elijah Cummings, and as he was trying to set up for Woods to criticize the Democratic Congressman, Woods said that he was actually the first one who he went up to and thanked!

And then, as Sean asked about his reaction to Cummings "death is a part of life" comment that some right-wingers are slamming, Woods said that he AGREED with Congressman Cummings!

Finally, when Hannity asked about the "cover-up", Woods said that when Secretary Hillary Clinton came up to him as the bodies were returning home, she made it clear to him that those who did this would be punished, and he even went on to say "Secretary Clinton is much smarter than I am."

As Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., pointed out during the hearing, both Former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, have previously explained the decision not to deploy special forces to Benghazi during the attacks. Panetta said the only available resources would have taken at least nine hours to reach Benghazi.

"This was pure and simple a problem of distance and time," Panetta said in his testimony this year.

Asked if he disputed this assessment, Hicks said the defense attach? with whom he had spoken at the time told him fighter aircraft in Aviano would not be able to reach Benghazi "before two to three hours."

2. What really boggles me...

is the extent to which characters like Hannity buy into their own bullshit. It's just like L. Ron Hubbard drinking his own Scientology Kool-Aid.

They actually believe the nonsense they spew, to the point where they assumed Charles Woods would automatically agree with them, and are genuinely shocked when he doesn't.
