3:56 p.m. ET: HLN's producer says the today's proceedings may not start on time, because the bailiff told her it will be awhile before the media will be let into the courtroom.

Other idiots on CNN were indulging in phoney outrage over the "possiblity" that Arias
might "make a bundle" off the her story, while she doesn't even know if
she'll get the right to LIVE and those vultures are doing EXACTLY that now.

If Arias is convicted of any crime related to killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander, she may have trouble cashing in because of an Arizona law.
Arizona has a "Son of Sam" law that prevents convicts from profiting off the publicity of their crimes.
However, Cook warns that Arizona's "Son of Sam" law may violate the U.S. Constitution and may not be enforceable based on other such laws that have been overturned around the country.
