A DU Shoutout to Elliott County, KY - The Only Predominatly White & Democratic County In The South!

The Huffington Post profiled Elliott County, Kentucky, a rural county in the eastern part of the state that was the only rural, predominantly white county in the South to go for President Barack Obama. It also has the longest history of voting for the Democratic candidate for President - since the 1860s!
