Now that Mark Zuckerberg and his team have totally ignored our petition, we are ramping up the pressure. Next week I am filing the first of several lawsuits against Facebook for violation of "animal cruelty" laws. There are hundreds of Facebook pages that violate U.S. State laws. There are also several countries where these pages are illegal, constitute animal cruelty, and carry heavy jail time. Extreme cruelty to animals, a fourth-degree felony, consists of a person intentionally or maliciously torturing, mutilating, injuring or poisoning an animal or maliciously killing an animal.

Here's an example of what Facebook is illegally allowing. This is Christy Ponti who takes great pleasure in killing animals with knives, hammers, clubs and anything brutal. She then skins them, sometimes while they are still alive. She tortures them before they die for pleasure, and she sells the pictures and video footage on Facebook and on her website.

The "I Hate Dogs" page has almost 5,000 likes yet you will usually only see the same 7 people posting daily. These 7 people have a disturbing amount of fake profiles and aliases. They think they are incredibly clever and will never get caught for what this page is actually representing which is Animal Abuse and Cruelty. The page has nothing to do with "I Hate Dogs" whatsoever! They are constantly saying they have a right to their opinion (which is true) but the moment someone posts on the page with a different opinion they are attacked immediately. "Butthurt" and "dogtards" are two of their favorite "clean" words. They taunt people with horrible pics and comments of animal abuse & cruelty but then the pic and comments miraculously disappear and they claim no such pic nor comment was ever posted...the accusing individual is "always lying"! I have many many pics and comments saved of the animal abuse and cruelty. After what I saw on that page yesterday, I will never allow myself to go view or post on that page again. I have seen a horrifying amount of disgusting pics of animal abuse and cruelty in my life but this page definitely takes the cake and the people posting the pics and comments are just as horrifying! I told my 9 year old daughter about the page because we share our love for animals. I wanted her to be aware that there are people out there who do not share the same opinion as we do. There are horrible "people" (and I use that term very loosely) abusing animals every day and far too many times it goes unnoticed. I'm hoping to help this petition and law suit as much as I possibly can and then I'm deleting my profile and never going back there again! Yea, I'm sure Facebook will be absolutely heartbroken that one person out of ? many removed their profile. Apparently, they don't give a shi* about anything! In my opinion, if you're "allowing" something...you're also "supporting" it. And FB has made it quite clear they support "Animal Abuse and Cruelty"! But, who am I to judge?

4. This is very disturbing

Sick, sick, sick, people. I can just barely BARELY tolerate Facebook, and I wasn't sure my opinion of it could get much lower, but it has.

Isn't there a way to report pages to Facebook? Surely this must be in violation of some policy? Can this be reported to the police where these people live? They are surely breaking laws.

What the hell is wrong with people? They have to torture animals to get their jollies? It just makes my heart hurt.

6. i Hate Dogs

I received a petition from "Causes" about banning "I Hate Dogs" about 2-4 weeks ago. I signed the petition before I even viewed the page because I don't support hating any animals whatsoever. Then, I made a fatal mistake. I went and viewed the "I Hate Dogs" page and have since suffered for doing so. This page that FB is sitting on their asses not doing a damn thing about has absolutely NOTHING to do with "I Hate Dogs" and EVERYTHING to do with Animal Abuse & Cruelty, Child Abuse & Exploitation, stalking, threatening, harassing, lying, making false accusations, stealing people's photos and using them on their profiles or photo shopping them and posting them all over FB. The first time I went to their page and posted my opinion about their opinion I was immediately attacked. Then, immediately the ring leader stole my profile pic, which is a pic of my baby, and the ringleader posted it as his profile pic. Then, his sidekick posted my baby's pic on his page and commented twice that he was going to rape my baby. The first comment was directed at a very good friend of mine who lost her mother. The ring leader did the same thing with my friend's pic of her mom but he photo shopped the pic several times with very perverse and grotesque things and repeatedly posted it all over FB saying horrid things just to taunt her. My friend has suffered from depression since her mother passed away and since the introduction to this group has told me a few times she was so hurt by the things they said to her she was considering suicide. I begged and pleaded with her not to harm herself and I promised I would do everything I could to get her mom's pics back and bring some justice to the situation! I'm doing the best I can but it's one woman against a community of 5,000 and not easy to sit there and be verbally abused without striking back. That is very difficult for me to do...always has been. My friend also suffers from other issues and is having a very difficulty time letting go of her mother. She told me they couldn't afford a proper funeral for her mother so I asked her if she would like for me to organize a ceremony for her mother so that she can say goodbye like she wanted to and tell her mom how very much she loves and misses her. I have researched and gathered so much info this week to prove my allegations but I don't know where to go next. Excuse my language but f*** FB. They're no help whatsoever. I got reported today for posting a pic of the 7 dwarves and underneath the pic I commented the first names of the 7 dwarves of that page. So, now I've been reported and blocked. Would like to hear something very ironic?! Throughout my research I've been collecting and saving info. When I find something that exposes who these people really are I post their screenshot and comments in their group for the other members to see. Here's the irony...they report the pic and comment that they originally posted but because I found it and they were not pleased they reported their own pics and comments as abusive so of course removed the pics and comments and tossed me back in jail. I think I've been a member of FB since 2012 and I've never been locked up before until I fell upon this heinous community.

I see this is a very old thread but I know the petition is still making its way around. Is getting "I Hate Dogs" banned from FB still a "cause"? Does anyone know who I can contact with all of this evidence I have and what to do with it? I think the evidence I have would be very helpful with the lawsuit but I don't even know what's going with that? In addition, I'm appalled with FB and I know that I should remove my profile and encourage others to do the same but I really like my profile and timeline. If FB actually took more than 2 seconds to review a page they would see just like I stated above this group has NOTHING to do with "I Hate Dogs" and EVERYTHING to do with Animal Abuse & Cruelty and the other issues I posted above. So, to me...when I receive a message from FB in my Support Dashboard and the message says, "your post, comment, pic, whatever wasn't removed because it doesn't violate FB standards, I actually throw up a little and think to myself, "good job FB...keep supporting Animall Abuse & Cruelty and ALL of the other issues I listed"! I searched and searched the help section to let them know what they are supporting but I cannot find an email or phone number for a live agent! Who is FB hiding from?! Can anybody lead me to the justice system but I'm beginning to think it's non-existent!
