When Pearl Harbor happened, officials and generals lost their positions. They were demoted or were shoved out of the service.

On Nine Eleven over three thousand people lost their life, with our Air Force/NORAD Big Shots saying their hands were tied and the military's jets couldn't directly go after the hijacked airliners, as the planes the military controlled had to abide by "local sound ordinances." (Actual Testimony before the nine Eleven Commission!!)

Now we find out that although our local counties can rely on getting these $ 370,ooo Bearcat armored vehicles to help them deal with incoming attacks, the people in our diplomatic service are shit out of luck.

The government and each of its agencies need a Systems Administrator who makes sure the trillions we are spending to supposedly protect ourselves are being allocated wisely.
