Are Repugs behind the IRS screw-ups? Were they intentional since it emanates from Cincinnati, the

vipers nest of Boehner and the GOP.

Particularly because the implication is that all the people of Cincinnati are in Boehners pocket? Didn't you learn anything from WKRP?
