(9,350 posts)I think there should be one showing a teacher, in a classroom, or school, crouched over a group of students with the caption "If you are looking for superman here he/she is". Maybe the teacher could have the Superman "S" and cape, but the picture could just show a teacher in regular clothes.
I guess there could also be one in which a kid asks a parent for the definition of hero. The parent tells the kid to go look it up in a dictionary. When the kid finds the entry for hero there are pictures of teachers protecting their students from danger.
My favorite of the one's listed is the one showing Uncle Sam holding Oklahoma. It is a nice cartoon. I also like the idea of Uncle Sam/the government comforting Oklahoma and knowing that the government can be there for Oklahoma.

(15,438 posts)for him to receive kickback money that we'll never know. And then, after his state gets those billions Federal money to rebuild, he and Coburn and Coburn's successor can turn around and filibuster and obstruct President Obama's policies that help other states that are in need of Federal help as a "thank you, America!".

(6,151 posts)Might refer to Big Dog and Little Dog. I saw an interview with the two on GMA and learned they're neighbors. The little boy bestowed the nicknames because the two fellas have sort of adopted each other. His parents were delayed arriving to pick him up, but Big Dog was right there. What a beautiful story.

(30,247 posts)The little boy calls the man "Big Dog" and in turn the man calls the boy "Little Dog". It was very moving to see how tightly the man was hugging the boy, he also seemed to be crying.
