General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsAhem. I am tilting at a windmill re: foreclosures in Michigan.
I am hoping that my efforts will help *enforcement* of consumer protection issues.
I would *love* to have some folks join me in some off-line brainstorming about this.
NOTE: This is not about anyone's specific situation, but about foreclosure rules/regulations/issues in general in Michigan.
At the moment the efforts are specific to Michigan. I hope this may change in the future, but that is where I am currently focusing my personal time and attention. Anyone interested in applying the techniques to their own state will be openly supported. (Please keep in mind each state has their own system, so other folks efforts will need to be tweaked appropriately.)
I will be hosting a conference call about it on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. EST.
Please PM me if you would like to join the conversation, and I will send you the details.
In the meantime, I will periodically kick this in the hopes of finding at least one or two other folks who are interested in brainstorming the issues.
Thank you, DU.
