Just this evening I went to a local Coldstone ice cream shop with my daughter and her friends. The guy working has been there for at least three of four years (that's how long we've been going). He might not be 30 yet, but he is certainly not a teenager who lives at home who hasn't been there long enough for a raise. I hope he has stayed because he gets a decent salary and bennies, but I'm skeptical. I always tip big there .
