I thought it was funny to click on a link about what sort of ID card is needed to vote and the first thing I see is a big MasterCard ad. Like it was an ironic comment on how money influences our election system.

and they said they would accept other forms of ID or 2 or more people vouching for someone who doesn't have a photo id.
This makes no sense to me: In NY, they kept your autograph in a book and you signed below the last autographs, and they'd check to see if they looked the same.
I don't know why that's not good enough.
