She is a Roman Catholic. She even forced convinced Newtie to join the club (and how he managed to get a dispensation for all those marriages, we will never know).

She's been banging the old Newt Drum for, what...thirty years now?

So...is Newt firing blanks, or was the Catholic Callista (and later, the Catholic Mr. and Mrs. Gingrich) against church teachings by using birth control--or other, unsavory and un-Biblical methods--to avoid pregnancy?
