Make women have babies, home school them into conservatism, make them live or die according to their incomes.

If they were intelligent, they would realize, that other countries have a business advantage, by delinking healthcare from the employer responsibility. Thus making small business more able to compete with biggies. Thereby making a more dynamic private sector.

Clearing the ER for real emergencies will improve US HC. Increasing the volume of advanced procedures will improve survival rates. Health maintainance, and prevention, will improve outcomes, and decrease the need for emergency interventions.

I think we need to hammer them on cheerleading for unfunded mandates. Forcing ER's to cover all the uninsured, is their solution? For real?

3. The RW in the US pays lip service to being pro-business. They are pro-HUGE corporations

and very anti-small (mom & pop) business. They don't want any little upstarts knocking the big boys off the top of the heap.

Hell, it's not even that. They don't want them taking even a teensy bite out of their profits.
