What is DARPA and what can the NSA expect from their cute little family?

I read that it stands for Defense Advanced Projects Agency; but isn't it more than a silly website? It's actually a pretty innovative website.
http://www.darpa.mil/

Could it also be this website?
http://jobs.raytheon.com/business-areas/missile-systems

I did some work for this company and several professionals claimed that the equipment I modified was not capable of performing to the rigid specifications Raytheon required. As always with a DARPA project, it was costly; but they were wrong. I did not design a missile; my line of expertise is communications.

here's an excerpt from the website:
"Raytheon Missile Systems is the world's largest developer, producer and integrator of weapon systems. In fact, we've produced over one million missiles in our history. Military forces in more than 50 countries look to us for a high-quality product portfolio that includes missiles, smart munitions, projectiles, kinetic kill vehicles and directed energy weapons. RMS is helping to shape the future of innovative weapon system solutions in response to our customers' most urgent needs."

Here's another type of DARPA:

The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] on Sept. 14 signed an agreement with the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to develop and fly the SolarEagle unmanned aircraft for the Vulture II demonstration program. Under the terms of the $89 million contract, SolarEagle will make its first demonstration flight in 2014.
"SolarEagle is a uniquely configured, large unmanned aircraft designed to eventually remain on station at stratospheric altitudes for at least five years," said Pat O'Neil, Boeing Phantom Works program manager for Vulture II. "That's a daunting task, but Boeing has a highly reliable solar-electric design that will meet the challenge in order to perform persistent communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions from altitudes above 60,000 feet."

How about their primary competitor for DARPA contracts?
Lockheed Martin Receives $71 Million Long Range Anti-Ship Missile Contract From DARPA
ORLANDO, Fla., March 5, 2013 – Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] has received a $71 million Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) modification contract from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to conduct air- and surface-launched flight tests and other risk reduction activities.

Now, I don't want to single this fine corporation out for mentioning money; but we're talking about billions of tax-dollars a year for these DARPA projects! Who are we going to blow up; a Soviet fishing trawler with too many antennas? Of course, when it comes to ALL these corporations, money IS the object; AND THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR BRIBES TO CONGRESS-CRITTERS, SENATORS, AND PUNKS IN THE PENTAGON! It's not enough for these companies to spend billions building the best systems, they must also give the largest bribes; and then, of course, pass the expenses along to the consumer through their other corporate holdings, AS IF DARPA didn't waste enough of our tax dollars on fancy websites already!

Last but not least, let's take a look at the most hacked and sabotaged[you fucking NSA morons better believe that AT&T is sending you a REAL God-damned message and, unlike you fools, we don't specialize in scare-tactics!] DARPA contractor of all time; and when the National Security Agency (NSA) starts data-mining, they should first ask who owns the mineral rights, or they might allow criminals to dig up some corporate monster's fiber-optic cable or dig into an abandoned mine, where nuclear waste is stored.

The U.S. Department of Defense needs long-range, super-fast, ultra-high capacity communications systems, and it's asking Bell Labs to help lead the research that will create them.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) announced recently that it had awarded Bell Labs multiple contracts for research on new laser and optical communications technologies.

"Bell Labs is at the forefront of creating solutions that greatly enhance the communications capabilities of our government customers," said Rick Miller, senior vice president in Lucent's Government Solutions group. "The work Bell Labs is doing is a major reason for our growing success in serving the government market.

Does anyone think that AT&T, the world's largest corporation, might be sick and tired of the games federal and foreign agencies play at their expense?

But[what comes around goes around and LEAVES or WHISPEERS can send assistance without the help of ripped-off DARPA corporations or food producers or automobile companies or screwed over electronics producers; but these other companies might want to help with some contracts to fix federal agencies or satcom teams.]they are wrong and certain companies that were data-mined discovered every name of every person who took part in the data-mining. I hope their servers are secure or somenone dangerous might obtain ALL their names and addresses.
