If the judge allows Zimmerman's animated re-enactment...

The state should counter with a series of re-enactments.

The first could show an octopus-Martin, with 2 hands slamming, 3rd hand over mouth, 4th hand reaching for holstered gun seen by x-ray vision. Zimmerman was not without his own talent...one mouth covered my Martin's 3rd hand, 2nd mouth yelling for help, and an elastic band for an arm, able to reach through straddling Martin, around behind his own back to pull the out a gun holstered in the back of his pants. And a hard rubber head that bounces like a ball, resisting injury from being slammed. Rain that washes Zimmerman's blood and sputum off of Martin, while leaving his own blood in place.

The next could show a series of more likely -- and physically possible, as well as more plausible -- scenarios. Martin running, and Zimmerman chasing. One in which fearful and wimpy Zimmerman has his gun already pulled. Another in which they roll around on the ground, showing why some witnesses saw one on top and others saw the other on top, and why Zimmerman's back got wet. Maybe Martin gets off a single lucky punch in one. Zimmerman's gun punches Zimmerman in the nose on recoil after shooting from awkward angle, explaining Zimmerman's own blood on the back of his gun . And so on.

And who is Mr. Donnelly? I'm on dialup, which makes following this difficult...

He and his wife donated $25,000 to his legal campaign and bought Zimmerman new suits.

He testified yesterday that it was Zimmerman screaming on the 911 tape. He claims he knows this from his days in Vietnam and people screaming there, even though he never actually heard George Zimmerman scream in Vietnam because George Zimmerman wasn't even alive during Vietnam.

Yeah.

the defense broke some rules and sprang him on the state, not informing them that he'd heard the tapes this past weekend until after he'd testified. They've moved to have his testimony stricken from record.

So the Zimmerman Cheerleaders want us to believe that...

Trayvon was smothering Zimmerman while simultaneously banging his head in the concrete while simultaneously pinning Zimmerman down with his knees to armpits while simultaneously breaking his nose while simultaneously seeing the gun and grabbing it, which Zimmerman demonstrates is behind his back on the right side. (Note: no DNA on Zimmerman's gun and Trayvon is right-handed.)

Trayvon would've had to do quite amazing acrobatics to hold Zimmerman down while at the same time, using his right hand to reach across Zimmerman's body and grab his gun.

Really? I mean, do they really think people are that fucking stupid?

Octopus Trayvon who was HIGH on drugs was able to do all of this! WOW! He's Superman indeed!!!

It is as though some believe they can play the "articulate devil's advocate" (while promoting the ugliest innunendo re: Martin and his family and the "necessary trial outcome&quot and none of us are going to see through their thin veneer.

Zimmerman "cheerleaders", indeed. I can't wait until this trial is over, but I also dread it being over (if a total acquittal ends up being the case--the ugly continues....)

Just my thoughts for this morning.

that you can go around looking for fights and when you start losing, pull out your gun and kill.

5 of the 6 women are mothers. Hopefully they've dealt with bullies before, and understand that you cannot set a precedent that makes that scenario acceptable.

The shot entered at chest level, perpendicular to the chest, which means that the gun was held at chest level, pointed straight at TM. That isn't an awkard angle. No way that it can recoil so massively to rise from chest level to head level and then rotate into the nose. The Kel-Tec PF9 is not a strongly recoiling gun.

Martin straddling him, which would have put Martin's body at some upward angle and Zimmerman's forearms also at an upward angle.

Or Zimmerman had arms of rubber...

to me at least a level of desperation.

They have not yet ruled out Zimmerman testifying. I think this is a last ditch effort to keep him from having to.

Same thing on the attempts at smearing Martin's character. They seem to have forgotten that will open to door to Zimmerman's violent history.

Hmmm...teenager caught smoking pot and armed with skittles. Versus 20-something with history of violent assaults, domestic violence, child molestation, ~9-10 months of 3x/week MMA training, armed with a pistol.
