3. I wish I would have had such an option when stranded at US airports.

But I did sometimes stay overnight at nearby motels. Guess that's not an option in a country where you're only authorized to catch a connecting flight to somewhere else.

And never has been. Putin's FSB would have him in a guarded and secure location whether at the airport or somewhere else.
