Help needed to stop a Chase bank foreclosure.

this is the lastest request for help to stop the foreclosure. I have posted previous ones before. It takes solidarity.

https://www.facebook.com/OccupyHomesMN?fref=ts

Chase has still not gotten back to Sergio about a loan modification. They are now saying his paperwork is invalid because he accidentally dated one of his papers 2012 instead of 2013--and they didn't provide a Spanish interpreter when he asked for one. This is ridiculous, but they're not kidding.

Please call JPMorgan Chase Vice Chair Doug Braunstein at home at 212-452-0006. Ask him to stop the Ceballos' family's eviction and modify their loan. Please be polite and call during respectable East Coast hours. Here's a sample script:

"Hi, my name is ______ and I'm calling from _______. I'm calling about the imminent eviction of Sergio Ceballos at 4120 14th Avenue South in Minneapolis. After illegally dual-tracking Sergio, Chase has said they're working with him a modification, but won't get back to him because of a clerical error in his paperwork and their own refusal to provide a Spanish interpreter. Meanwhile, he could be evicted at any time. Please call off the eviction and modify the Ceballos' family's loan. Thank you."

whenever I hear about "housing starts", "home sales rising", etc., etc. on the news.

People are still being foreclosed on by bank shenanigans. I recently posted Bill Moyers' story of a family in Milwaukee who lost their home after years. The family was evicted, and good old Chase sold it for about 1/3 of what the family owed. To another family, of course.

Chase has been especially egregious throughout the housing crisis. And the satellite branches popping up everywhere are in serious competition with multiple Starbucks!

and sent in petition after Petition.

anyhooooowww.

I was driving home and I go by this house but another house also went to foreclosure and the grandson and another person was occupying the home.. the house is a couple house off the busy street I was driving down on the home.. it is about 1 mile from my house..I saw the cops put a couple of guys in a cop car and activists from Sergio's house come down to help.
A girl ran up to the cops with the Title of the Property saying it is in the Homeowner's name... not the bank's name.. so they needed to free the two guys in the cop car. The cops did let them out but gave them trespassing ticket.. anyhow.. that is my take on what went down.

But here is probably the official take on what happened.. from Occupy MN Homes. Mike's home is about a block away from Sergio's

Police have detained two after Mike's home was reclaimed again at 4207 14th ave s. Come here now!

We are back in Mike's reclaimed vacant home at 4207 14th. The charges for the two detained have been dropped! The police say they will not return unless there is a civil disturbance. WE SHALL NOT BE MOVED!

Here is what was posted about "Mike's Home" yesterday.
Strong-arm eviction taking place at one of our reclaimed vacants (4207 14th Av S)! Call US Bank Assistant Vice President Amy Frantti and tell her not to carry out this illegal eviction! Amy Frantti: 612-303-0733

Here's a sample script:

"Hi, my name is ________ and I'm calling about the ongoing illegal eviction and lockout at 4207 14th Ave S. US Bank has broken into that home to board it up, even though the family is still living there and has not been through a court eviction process. Please immediately leave the property. If US Bank wishes to evict it, they must go through a court eviction process. Stop harassing the residents at 4207 14th Ave S and follow basic due process laws."

Today 50 community members gathered with the Ceballos Family for prayer, support and to continue the fight for their home. Please watch and share to spread the message to Jamie Dimon to call off the eviction!

This home is in south Minneapolis that has a large Native American population and the homes is about 3 miles from AIM.
