Just had one yesterday in gravenhurst, ontario. Lots of trees down but no buildings damaged. Heard a car was flipped on the highway. We are camping in the area and a tree branch in the camp struck a hydro line. There was no hydro for almost a day. Our biker boat cruise was canceled.

We are having all the rain that Wash. state usually gets. Very wet, and nicley cool, but not seasonal for July at all.

Remember the barrie, ontario.in 70s or 80s. There were several deaths then. We are seeing more strange weather now, like the toronto floods a few weeks ago.

Tornados out west. Not so many in Eastern Canada but I have seen a few funnel clouds here in Ottawa.
