Santorum Spokesperson Refers To Obama's 'Radical Islamic Policies'

Rick Santorum spokesperson Alice Stewart slipped up on MSNBC Monday afternoon when talking about President Obama's environmental policies. Instead, she called them Obama's "radical Islamic policies."

Santorum communications director Hogan Gidley told TPM that Stewart "misspoke."

1. Yeah, I hate it when I utter "radical Islamic policies" by mistake.

Just the other day, I was talking about how to stir fry and instead of saying "add the peanut oil to the pan", I said "add the radical Islamic policies to the pan".

I was so embarrassed.

and thought she would correct it immediately or that the host would call her on it. Neither happened, Ms. Stewart waited until she had left the studio and then phoned in her 'correction' while the host stated she had not heard her say it or she would have addressed it.

I couldn't help but think the terminology she used 'mistakenly' is being used by the Santorum team to select groups of people out of earshot of the media otherwise why did it come out SO easily from the spokesperson.

Whatever the reason, it was as moment for me!

"But now it's out there, and the Obama campaign has to deal with it."

I can't imagine all the 'accidental' shit the Obama campaign could unleash on every one of these fools. But why do it now? They're busy destroying each other, and doing such a fine job of it. Why waste the ammunition?

It really is a shame to see them so outclassed, and I hope it doesn't get too ugly in the end, but their antics, thus far, have really been a hoot to watch.

. . . Clearly, she intended to say something that was complimentary towards President Obama, but a Liberal Demon momentarily possessed her and forced her to say something else, all to make little Ricky look bad!
