Guardian releases "proof" of NSA spying by leaking

presentation dated BEFORE the FISA Amendments Act of 2008.

Here's the "proof":

Look at the date on that first slide - it clearly says 25 Feb 2008.

But the FISA Amendments Act was signed into Law on 07 July 2008. We already knew that they were illegally collected data prior to that - that's why the Act was passed in the first place!

Don't they have anything AFTER the Act was passed?
