& they (mulatto and negroes) have "no political rights".
Barack Hussein Obama II, Aka Barack Hussein Obama, Aka Barack H. Obama has the race status of being a Mulatto. Barack Obamas father (BarackHusseinObamaI)was a full blood Negro being born Nyangoma Kogelo, Nyanza Province, Kenya and raised in the Colony of Kenya. Barack Obamas mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) was a white Caucasian women being born in Wichita, Kansas on November 29, 1942 and raised in the State of Washington and in the State of Hawaii.

(6,539 posts)Under normal situations with a legitimate President of the United States in Office, the Vice President would succeed the Office of President in the event of Death or Impeachment of the President. But this is not normal times as Barack Obama Jr. has usurped the Office of the President of the United States. The Vice President is an appointed Officer holder by the President of the United States and if the acting President had no qualifications of Office, then he had no authority to appoint anyone to the Office of Vice President. It matters not whether the Vice President holds the qualifications of a Presidential Candidate, the acting Vice President would not have the lawful authority to assume the Office of President for want of a sitting dejure President and he must step down from his Office of Vice President.
Would the Office of the President of the United States pass on to the opponent Candidate of the Political Party that sponsored Barack Obama Jr.? If that would be true, then the Office of President would pass on to Presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton. But as Hillary Clinton is a woman, her status of citizenship is founded upon the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Citizens of the Fourteenth Amendment are not natural born citizens of the United States nor has the U.S. Congress ever granted any woman citizen the Political Right by Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to hold any Public Office of the United States. Hillary Clinton is not qualified for the Office of President of the United States for being in want of Presidential qualifications of the U.S. Constitution. She is a usurper of Office of the Secretary of State of the United States.

It is somewhat ironic to discover only one of them in Whittier: La Voz de Aztlan, an internet news service for Mexican and Mexican-Americans in the U.S. Southwest and in Mexico.
This adds credibility to your "white flight" assessment, while reminding us that bigotry has many faces.

(602 posts)It isn't all that surprising that we are home to the largest number of hate groups as a result.
I mean, Alabama has 33 (just under half of CA's 68) yet the population of Alabama is over 7 times smaller than that of California.
I guess all I'm pointing out is that California isn't home to a disproportionate amount of hate, as it were. Hate exists throughout the country.
Lasher
(27,579 posts)It was not my intention to single California out. I wanted to share my sense of irony upon noticing that where white racists have left this one location mentioned by Taverner, a pro-Latino hate group has sprung up. The SPLC Hate Map is revealing. It supports your observation that hate exists throughout the country. More than that, this form of hatred is present among all population segments.
As I have said numerous times here at DU, bigotry has many forms.

Women aren't "real" citizens? Really? So, now he's horrendously misogynistic in addition to unbelievably, blatantly racist? Holy shit. What 18th century rock did he crawl out from under?

(12,231 posts)then they might use that word, since it means the same as our word "black" (as in the color black).
This is one more opportunity for Republicans to claim that the system is biased against them, subjects them to abuses and usurpations, and is designed to reduce them to living under absolute despotism. The history of languages has created something akin to affirmative action: Spanish-speaking immigrants have the privilege of using a word that some English-speaking Republicans desire to use.
They want to "keep the old times alive," apparently.

(46,436 posts)I'd like to remind people that since the oil rush this state has been ruined by the influx of Texans and Oklahomans, some of whom have come up here bringing their poisonous ideas with regard to many things, race included. I doubt that we have a monopoly on "crazy," and the vast majority of people here are appalled by this guy's "lawsuit." Can we blame California for Orly Taitz or Pennsylvania for Rick Santorum?
(I edited because I didn't want to blame all Texans or Oklahomans, either, but it's true that the political atmosphere here changed with the arrival of the oil men.)
