Maryland Same Sex Marriage bill goes to Governor O'Malley for signature

That's the good news. The not so good news is that it will go to a referendum. At this point in time I have no clue how that will go.

I doubt it will reach the ballot in WA, and if it does, like the last two elections in the direction towards equal marriage, the people of that state will do the right thing.
