(27,247 posts)because it's a really big tsunami, but there are so many people who are just kind of standing around. Of course, I wonder how easy it would have been to evacuate that particular area, given the narrow roads and crowded conditions.

(27,247 posts)The location is Minami Kesennuma Elementary School. More than 400 children and adults took refuge in the upper two stories of the building, which was isolated from everything else by water and fire.
