Abortion protestors in front of local PP office today

A group of them-five total-were out front of the local PP office today, holding up signs and yelling at cars. They were standing on the sidewalk so they were on public property.

I pulled up and asked why they were protesting the local office, since all they really do procedure-wise are pap smears. A man walked up to my car (which was on the parking lot that is leased by PP), put his arm on my rolled down window and lied through his teeth. He informed me that the office was number 3 in the state for abortions. When I pointed out that it was a lie he stated that it was true, since they referred them "all to Rowe" and also handed out the morning after pill. When I stated that the morning after pill wasn't used for abortions he informed me that I was going to hell. He then pulled out his phone, looked at my license plate and said he was going to get some more info.

That's when I got out of my car, walked into the office and informed the receptionist that he was standing on the parking lot with his arm on my car window, staring at my license plate and stating he was "getting some info". She called the police.

I'm still angry with this asshat. At least any info he can get on me won't include my current address.

particularly when the idiot is there hoping to spark a confrontation. When mud wrestling a pig you have to remember the pig likes being in the mud.

and had been taking pictures of cars in the lot when I pulled up.

I hope they hauled him off. I didn't feel safe after that and I'd be afraid for the office staff.

I'll be using that quite a bit if you don't mind.

They didn't take him off. Not much of a case to anyway based on what you described, but if they didn't contact the witness I highly doubt they did more than give him a talking to.

There was something about him that gave me the creeps. The others were-whatever-but him? He was creepy and far too familiar, leaning against my car, calling me sweetie and baby and saying things that he knew weren't true.

one woman of retirement age and one woman who looked like she just graduated from high school.

I'm on vacation this week. I have every excuse to be out in the middle of the day. I wonder about the three guys who have all that time to drive down here and protest? It's obvious they were not local, especially when I made a comment about the student health center on campus also handing out morning after pills.
