Will WaPo's Barton Gellman be detained if he goes to Britain because of Snowden?

Barton Gellman was the WaPo reporter approached by Ed Snowden prior to the breaking of this story. The WaPo balked at some of Snowden's demands and the Guardian scooped them with the columns of Glenn Greenwald. The Post published after the Guardian broke the story.

The point of this post is to ask whether the actions of the GCHQ working in tandem with the NSA to detain David Miranda was intimidation or a policy of trying to recover state secrets. If it is the latter, would it not seem logical to assume that Barton Gellman from the Post and his family would be fair game for detention? I have written to Barton to ask his thoughts on the matter and will update this thread with his reply.

Cheers!
