Chris Wallace was interviewing Governor Fallin about the Lane murder ... making it a racial issue (of course). But he actually took it to "... (the violence) THAT WE ASSOCIATE WITH THE INNER CITY (read: Black) ..." {blowing the whistle real, real hard}

But the thought struck me ... whenever I think about a group of kids (or a single actor) shooting random victims because they/he was "bored" ... I don't think "Inner City" (read: Black), I associate that with Auroura Colorado, Columbine, Tucson and plenty other non-inner city (read: Black) settings.

In fact, I can't think of a single of Inner City (read: Black) instance.

Further, they ask why President Obama hasn't spoken out on this like he did Trayvon Martin. Why is the President slow to react? No mention the the President didn't speak out on Trayvon until over 2 months after Zimmerman killed Trayvon. They also didn't show (edited out?) the Fox News WH correspondent claiming the three killers were all black in question to the WH press secretary.

7. In the examples you cited,

Aurora and Tucson are more about mental illness than boredom. You didn't mention Sandy Hook, but the same goes there.

To try to make those events into examples of "bored white kids" kind of trivializes the real issue, which is that our mental healthcare system in this country sucks, big time.

I don't know that anyone ever claimed that Klebold and Harris shot up Columbine because of boredom, and I'm not sure mental illness factored in there, either. Sometimes evil just is, regardless of race.

although, it seems that generally the mentally ill don't form the kind of connections these three young men apparently had. I've also read speculation that this may be gang-related. Whatever. In any case, the "evil" I referred to involved the lily-white Dylan and Klebold, NOT the kids involved in the Christopher Lane case.

Take a look at the pix of Loughner, the Aurora shooter, and the Sandy Hook shooter, and tell me those guys look as sane as the three in the Lane shooting!
