1. I really hope the GOP tries something.

2. Interesting.

Perhaps the American people in general have more respect for the law of the land than Republicans in Congress. It seems like anyone but a complete right wing tool can see that voting 40 times on ACA is ridiculous.

From what I've read and seen, people poll that they don't like Obamacare, but when asked about specific elements of the program like a marketplace, insuring those with pre-existing conditions, keeping young adults on their parents' policies, etc., they like those!

3. Yes. And the Obama administration has mostly let the ACA alone. There hasn't been

a huge marketing campaign to promote it. I would imagine, if Obama really fought for it and described it in detail, it would be even more popular. The GOP is in a bind because Obamacare will change people's relationship to government in a positive way. Which the GOP is against. Hopefully those Koch brothers will continue with the astroturfing, shower the tea party with money, have the tea party attack more reasonable GOP senators and members of congress who don't want a showdown, and mess up the hold the GOP has on the House in 2014........ a girl can dream can't she?

4. I'm loving obamacare

My insurance at work has cut the cost in half from what it was! I'm paying under 30 bucks a month starting in October for insurance on myself. Woo! Go obamacare and standards they have applied to insurance companies!
