There should be a war tax bill to go with the new AUMF
and it should be a tax on business. May it would be a good time to tax that Wall Street transaction tax. Wall Street always thinks war is good for business. Fine. Let them fucking pay then.
And I would say let's find a way to supply the military with troops. For that matter, for every representative and senator that votes for war, give 'em a uniform and gun and direction to the military airport in Washington for the next flight to Damascus.
Somehow something has to get through their thick skulls what a total waste war is. And that limited action never is.
