Now that Obama supports bombing Syria conservatives are against it

Watched Matthews last night and picked up on how MUCH conservatives are against bombing Syria because the whole bomb Syria idea now has some Obama on it

Which makes sense if Obama doesn't want to be involved with Syria...jus wish he'd apply this logic elsewhere

Conservatives are reflexively against anything Obama is for...

I'm still leaning towards Obama not wanting to get involved with Syria and doing everything politically not to including saying he's for something and letting the Rands etc help him out by saying they're against it.

It also pits the hawks in the conservative camp against the paulians, not a bad thing...just hope it doesn't give the crazy some credibilty.

Next Obama should say he hates single payer...and that anyone who is FOR single payer is a traitor or something...

see how conservatives react

your take?

We have "liberals" who are jumping on this idea like it's free tacos, for no reason other than "Obama's for it and I support Obama!" - even the ones who were damn dead-set against any such idea five years ago. And then we have the Republicans who are, of course, going to flap in the wind against whatever the hell Obama wants to do, even though they've never met a pile of dead Arabs they didn't like.

I find that having your opinion on something like acts of war determined solely by who's in office displays a sickening lack of principle and ethical foundation in a person. Being fer or agin' something simply because of whose name is stamped on the paperwork? Ludicrous.

The corporate Republicans remain hell bent on another war, just like corporate Dems. Their respective PR teams are trying desperately to maintain the illusion of two battling parties, though, so that the sheeple will rally around their Red and Blue teams and stop being so damned united against this war.

No matter the right way to get a job done if one of us suggested it it didn't get done that way so we finally began to suggest the way we'd see he would make us do it if we were to do that and then let him tell us the right way. We came away happy and likewise he did too. Win win.
