BOOM, we nail his ass to the wall and rain down death from above.
So the US is expecting that he turn over control off all of his chemical weapons in one week's time. If he fails to comply, that then becomes our new reason for starting a war. How, logistically, can he turn over control? Does that mean that UN observers are going to have to flood the country? I hope no one prevents the UN Inspectors from doing their job and then we end up (doesn't this sound familiar too) having to strike Syria.

(19,429 posts)Austria-Hungary gave Serbia an ultimatum that the Serbs could not agree to, so that they could go to war.
Serbia accepted all the terms except number 5, which was the introduction of Austrian police into Serbia to suppress subversive movements.
Austria then declared war.
