On a clear September afternoon President Barack Obama walks up to the podium in the Rose Garden. He smiles and says " Good afternoon everyone, thank you for being here on this beautiful sunny day."
Fast forward to CNN's Special Report..................
Wolfe: In a speech today The President said "Good afternoon everyone, thank you for being here on this beautiful sunny day." Do you have any comments on that?
John: Yes Wolfe, yes I do. I am sitting here in California and I have to say that he is wrong, Dead wrong on this issue. It's 9AM here, it's morning! How can he possibly say it's afternoon. He needs to get his facts straight. He needs to fully disclose everything that he knows and when he knew it.
Wolfe: How about you Susan, your reaction to his statement?
Susan: Of course Wolfe, you can see as clearly as I that it is raining outside our newsroom. He is deliberately misleading the American people. I call on congress to investigate.
Wolfe: I am not sure that he meant to mislead the people Susan. Wait, hold on. We have results of a new poll. Oh John, Susan, this does not bode well for the President. We have it here, only 42% of the people approve this President's statement. 49% disagree while 8% are undecided. This is very bad day for this President.
