The attack on Syria is off, and it is very likely to stay off. The American people win. War without end loses.
It will be most revealing to see who the individuals are who are not pleased by this turn of events. I'm sure there will be some. Shall we watch and see who they are, hmmmm?

(8,821 posts)He does, though, deserve credit for realizing when to leave the Syrian attack nonsense behind. He can now make what would have been huge defeat into a really good win. He turned out to not be nearly as war-crazy as I had begun to believe he was. That is something to be very happy about.
