The nicest thing I can think is Kerry, like so many before him, is only following orders.
The other things are quite vile, particularly as today is the 40th anniversary of the coup in Chile.
I did not hear this mentioned on Corporate McPravda, the most un-democratic thing I've ever heard uttered:

I tend to agree with Tom on that.
