What will it be America? Dirty Harry or Sgt. Joe Friday?
You know: grizzled cops who have seen too much and know that "The Law" (blecht) is only there to protect the Guilty.
So will we be Dirty Harry and kill the Bad Guys before they kill again or will we be Sgt. Joe Friday and watch forlornly as our call for exceptional powers go unanswered and watch the Bad Guys get away with it again?
Or maybe, just maybe, will we see we're being played for morons and realize The Law is there for a reason.
